Edakkal Caves
The Edakkal Caves are two natural caves located on the Ambukuthi Hills, near Sultan Bathery in Wayanad district of Kerala, where the Western and Eastern Ghats meet. Stone inscriptions believed to date back to the Neolithic period are found in this cave.
